In March 2024, after 3 years of a deep and holistic transformation, we are proud to be B Corp certified ! We are now part of a community that creates value and contributes to the well-being of women and men while caring for the planet.

The commitments made are monitored and challenged by an independent third-party organisation and supervised by a Mission Committee.
It is composed of 6 members: 1 client, 1 expert, 1 partner, 1 former employee, 2 employees elected by their peers.

For the past 3 years, Spring Lab has been committed to initiating a shift towards a desirable future for us, future generations and the planet. Every project, every initiative we undertake is guided by this mission. We act with a true and deep intention of innovating, transforming and engaging all stakeholders in organizations to multiply their positive impact.
The living must no longer wait.
Planetary limits, unfairness, loss of meaning. We live a moment in history when companies, large and small, must mobilize their genius to initiate a new narrative, to operate a deep change of business model, to contribute to shaping a livable world. Fair, inclusive, regenerative, inspiring.
We are joining the community of B Certified companies.
