SPARRING PARTNER

BIOCODEX is a French family-owned and unlisted pharmaceutical company, a world leader in the probiotic market. It now boasts 1,200 employees across the world.

The context

BIOCODEX has adopted digital technology as one of its five strategic pillars since 2015.

Faced with strong growth, especially overseas, its management sought to create a common culture, accelerate projects, improve communication between all of the company’s 1,200 employees, as well as its partners, and encourage a transersal approach within the business.

“Working with Spring Lab means working as a team and is about empathy, humanity and mutual understanding (...). At Biocodex, Spring Lab people are part of the team, and I think the reverse is also true.”
Julie Boisgontier
International Project Leader - B-linked project manager

The problem

Identify stakeholder practices and needs (internal, external) in terms of collaboration and communication.

02

Co-build a service offering adapted to everyone, together with employees and external partners, and set out its operational B-Linked platform specifications.

03

Set out a 360° project management methodology for building and developing the digital platform.
